SHIPPING All in-stock items are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address, phone number, and email address on your order. If you are having your order shipped to a business address you must include the business name in the ship to information to ensure delivery.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING All domestic orders are shipped via DHL ground services or USPS Priority mail. This service normally takes 2-7 business days depending on what part of the country you live in. You will receive an email from DHL with a tracking number when your order is shipped. The flat rate is $5.95 for all orders up to 5 pounds. An additional $2.00 is added for each additional 5 pounds. These rates do not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping to a Post Office Box may require additional shipping charges which will be added to your order. Any changes in shipping charges will be updated on your order at the time of processing.

Ready To Drink products and liquids of any kind are very heavy and will require additional shipping charges.

NEXT DAY AIR AND 2ND DAY AIR Please realize that it may take 24 – 48 hours to process your order, and that DHL does not pick up or deliver on weekends. By shipping with one of the above selections you will get your package sooner than by shipping ground, but not necessarily in 1 – 3 days. Average cost for Next Day Air is $22.99 up to 2 pounds. Average cost for 2nd Day Air is $17.99 up to 3 pounds. If your order exceeds these weight limits the additional fees will be added to your shipping charges.**NEXT DAY and 2nd DAY is not available for Military Mail..APO/AE/FPO addresses. These are shipped USPS Priority 5-7 day.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS When you place your order a flat rate shipping charge is automatically added to your order. The shipping charge will be adjusted once your order is received in our system. Additional shipping, handling and insurance may be added to your order depending on weight and value. This will be updated on your order. We have two shipping options currently available. USPS and DHL both take 5 to 14 days to deliver on the average. Orders are usually shipped USPS Priority unless otherwise requested. If you need to know shipping costs prior to us processing your order please email us. Please make sure your email address, phone number, and ship to address are correct. Sport Supplement Outlet cannot track USPS Priority Air and Surface shipments. We also cannot guarantee delivery of these shipments and no refunds will be given on lost or damaged shipments. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that any product ordered is legal in your country. Any order confiscated is the responsibility of the customer. Delays in international shipping are typical and lead times can extend beyond eight weeks. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes due on shipments. Duties and taxes are not included in your shipping charges on your order. If the customer refuses to take delivery on an order the customer is still responsible for all charges incurred from the order. Sport supplement Outlet reserves the right to not ship to a particular country due to customs laws and regulations.

APO / FPO / MILITARY ORDERS All APO / FPO / Military orders are shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail. Shipping will be added when the order is processed. If you need to know the shipping charges please email us with the order. Since these are shipped inside the US and the Military forwards them shipping is usually at the domestic rate. Delivery time is usually 1 – 3 weeks on the average. Military mail does not qualify for FREE Shipping Terms.

RETURN POLICY AND CANCELLED ORDERS Since we are a wholesaler and not a manufacturer, we do not accept returns on opened merchandise. All unopened merchandise can be returned within ten days for exchange or credit. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns. All returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. No returns will be accepted on special orders. Orders cancelled before 30 days are charged a 10% restocking fee.
