5. How do I take MESO-TECH?
Begin by reading the label carefully and following the labeled directions for use. The following is a portion of the labeled directions.
Add the contents of 1 packet (1 serving) to 12 to 14 fl. oz. of cold water or skim milk. Mix in a blender or shaker for 30 seconds and consume. Consume 1 to 2 servings of MESO-TECH® daily (depending on your protein needs).
